Shipping Cost

Orders under $30 have a flat rate of $3 in the US. Free shipping for orders over $30. For international orders, please contact us so that we can quote you a shipping cost.

US orders are shipped by USPS First Class. International orders are shipped by express courier.
Will the magnetization damage my phone?

The magnetic force of Jozi is strong but focused. It is directionally oriented at the surface, away from the adhesive backing. Modern smartphones are well insulated against low power magnetic forces. And if you use a case, your phone will be further insulated.
Can I peel off my Jozi and reattach somewhere else?

Absolutely. There's no limit on the number of times you can peel off and reattach a Jozi. We've even been known to keep extra Jozis around for fun selfies when out on the town!
Is Jozi waterproof?

Yes. Use Jozi on your powerboat, in the shower or anywhere else you plan to get soaked. But we can only vouch for Jozi, not your electronics. :)
The bond between my Jozis isn't strong

In general, as long as you line up the logos on your Jozis, the bond should be quite strong. Occasionally, you may have to turn your Jozi slightly, such as with the Jozi dot. As you adjust your Jozis, you will feel the orientation where the Jozis lock together.
